🕒 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

In case of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

📍 Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

If you haven’t received your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us  with your order number.
